The CaRE2 Contact Registry

The purpose of the CaRE2 Contact Registry is to create a list of minority individuals who are interested in hearing about future research projects led by the CaRE2 Health Equity Center that focuses on learning more about preventing and eliminating cancer health disparities.

If you are eligible and agree, you will be asked to share your contact information, such as your address, email address, home phone number, cell phone number, and any other information on ways to contact you.

If you choose to share, you will need to sign a Privacy Authorization Form and your decision to be in this registry is voluntary.

*Your IP address will be captured upon the submission of the consent form.

Eligibility

This program is open to Florida and California individuals who are interested in future cancer research projects.

Those interested in participating must be:

  • 18+ years old
  • Black/African American
  • Hispanic/Latino/a
  • Anyone interested in learning more about cancer research

Location

The registry is led by the CaRE2 Community Outreach Core and is a digital survey, which takes no more than 5 minutes to complete.

 Participants are being recruited from communities in and around our tri-institutional centers: Florida A & M University (Tallahassee, FL), University of Florida (Jacksonville, Gainesville, Orlando, FL), and University of Southern California (Los Angeles, CA)

Compensation

A $10.00 e-gift card will be provided via email for those eligible to enroll.
