Join CaRE2 as we celebrate World Pancreatic Cancer Day this November 16, 2023🎗
CaRE2 has been renewed for 5 more years and therefore we have new cancer research projects. Two out of our three projects will focus on pancreatic cancer. Drs. Schmittgen (UF), Ali (FAMU), and Han (USC) will be working on research project entitled “Racial contributions of microenvironment remolding during pancreatic metaplasia.” Drs. Rogers (UF), Agyare (FAMU), and Han (USC) will be working on research project entitled “Pancreas Treatment Project: Enhancing PDAC survival with modified gemcitabine.” We are excited for our research to continue at our CaRE2 Health Equity Center!
